As an immigrant, a female leader of color in high-tech, and an entrepreneur who “hit restart” at 40, I know what it’s like to feel like the one person who just doesn’t fit in. I taught myself not just how to survive but how to thrive. I learned that when we stop hiding and running from the things that make us different and, instead, reframe them as the incredible assets they are, we get to unleash a level of impact we didn’t think was possible.
My approach to accelerating personal and organizational impact is built on decades of observation, study, trial, and error, and I have the scars and stories to prove it. Armed with my framework, my clients learn how to own their own journeys—flaws and all—and, through it, to uncover their superpower and unleash a level of impact they never thought possible. And the best part? They learn how to help others do the same, creating a ripple effect that re-engages employees and builds exceptional teams.

Lakshmi’s decades-long journey in leadership and speaking has touched the lives of thousands across the globe. A former business and people leader at Microsoft and the founder and CEO of The Infinite Impact Group, she has nearly 30 years of professional experience navigating high-velocity corporate environments; over 12,000 hours coaching global category leaders and teams; and the unique perspective of an immigrant and woman of color who has successfully worked through the isolation and loneliness of the Outsider Syndrome to find her unique competitive edge ... and thrive, vs. just survive.
